I believe massage to be an integral part of caring for one’s self and an important part of achieving balance in our lives.  

As a mother of 2 busy teenagers, I know the nature of nurturing others and the difficulties in prioritizing yourself, even if only for an hour.  

I provide an integrative approach, blending a variety of massage techniques and gentle stretches in a warm and welcoming environment.  I include the use of essential oils to clients who would like them.
